Types of Impostor Syndrome:
Super- Person
You may find those that work ”harder” perhaps into the late night or rush around like bees, trying to impress and validate their wages and position.
These heightened excessive activities are a stage performance and false to distract from their obvious insecurities, in wake of this is the high probability of personal degradation in health, accidents, and breakdown of professional and personal relationships at work due to overloading

Natural Genius
Competence and ‘no problem’ approach would point to the Genius type, Who believe in this and feel great shame when their efforts don’t comply with the outcome and time to complete tasks
Achievement means 1st time attempts with good results and with higher than normal expectations set upon themselves.

Perfectionist
A seemingly perfect ”accompaniment” in this type where the Perfectionist and impostor syndrome have to co-exist. Failure to reach Rocketing expectations brings them down with doubt and frustration, unable to see or meet the bar they so foolishly set. Character also displays a level of control and manipulative madness toward others, Never trusting anyone, as no one can do, what they do Competently as this belief only they can.

Soloist
Secretive individuals not wanting assistance or seeking others help a surefire reason in faking yet appearing in control and cool. Consistently trying to prove their worth and value to the cause

Expert
The Front runners in their game, believing Primarily that subject related and quantity knowledge base of that arena is the pinnacle of expertise and therefore their competence level. Never happy with their lot and natural improvement, They want to know it all, the best of the rest
Not to be regarded as the learner or student of others, thoughts of being 2nd or off their game is embarrassment not to endure at all cost

Impostor Syndrome Treatment

On the flip side of that, impostor-ism, the art of pretense,brought on by personal esteem, inadequacies,incompetence,when weighed up against you contractual agreement in business, the workplace and of course aspiring to impress others with your level or capacity to complete or hold high esteem from others
I would hazard a guess that not one of us haven’t at one time or another in our lifetime, sat in that hot chair, wanting recognition, seeking adulation or desiring prominence status.
